The main program window looks like this:

The script editing window is on the left, and on the right is the execution window, which indicates when each line of the script is executed, and also the APDU Trace window, which shows the actual data transfer to and from the card.

If this is the first time running the product, please select Tools | Configure Reader then select the PC/SC card reader installed on your PC from the drop down list.

Now you are ready to create a script. Type the following into the script editing window:

Select 3F00
Select 2FE2
ReadBinary

Then place a standard 2G SIM into the reader and click on the green "Execute" icon to execute this script.

The resulting command and response data is shown in the APDU trace window. Select View | Translate APDUs to switch between raw hex and fully translated mode.

Select File | Save... to save the script. USIM Commander will remember this location so you may wish to create a new folder for all your scripts.
